Member Splash uses Gravity Forms integration for creating advanced forms on your WordPress-powered website. Online Registration Forms allow members to easily register and pay for events, lessons, camps, classes and facility rentals. While Gravity Forms allows you to build almost anything you like, they can be tricky to build so we recommend that you keep them simple. Gravity Forms has their own User Guides and Video Tutorials to help you along the way.
Clients of all plan levels will receive their sites with a Membership Application form imported by our Onboarding team.

Limited Standard Forms Support (only on forms we provided to download) We do not trouble shoot modifications or customizations your pool admins make to forms. Please be careful when changing forms and be sure to fully test them.

Member Splash University - Onboarding Courses and our Role Based Course are a collection of training courses organized by plan level (Basic, Essentials and Premium plans) and administrative role; Membership Chair, Front Desk Admin, Front Desk Staff, Facilities Chair, Treasurer, Social Chair and Communications Chair. If you plan to take credit cards on a form, you need to make sure the Authorize.net feed is set up on each form you want to use.
This will allow the credit card not process when the payment method chosen is check.
If you plan to take both credit cards and checks on a form, you need to make sure on the Authorize.net feed that you enable conditional logic. Check that the payment method is credit card. This will allow the credit card feed to not process when the payment method chosen is check.
