Restrict Number of Members Users Can Add By Account Type
In our weekly Webinar and Q&A on 6/22/22, we took a tour of the new “Restrict Number of Members Users Can Add By Account Type” setting and walked through a couple of scenarios from the member perspective. When a member attempts to add extra members to their account (beyond the limits set according to their Account Type), the system displays a warning message and won’t allow them to add any more members.
We also discovered a handy new setting in the Membership > Accounts filter. If you look to the section titled “Choose Standard Fields To Display in Results” you’ll see that there is a new option, “# Members.” This setting allows you to see the number of members on an account using the filter rather than visually checking to make sure your members are adhering to their account limits.
