If you have enabled "on account" at your front desk you'll need a way to create bills so your members can pay for their account purchases.  This guide will show you how that works:

 Go to your Dashboard to the right you will find BILLS

View Bills will allow you to see any of the bills that have been created. 

The columns 'Last Activity' and 'Pay Status' show the relevant information on the status of the bills. 

You can filter orders by date and payment status:

Once you are ready to push bills out, you click on the Create Bills and choose the statement date.  You can select all and then send bills.  Your members will get a bill to go into their accounts and pay.

To view the orders under any Bill, Select the drop down and the system will display each order. In this example Susie Taylor has multiple snack bar orders. 

When a member is in their account they can see their open orders and bills. They can also see anything they've paid:

When the member goes to make a payment the orders are clearly on the screen for them to select and pay.
