The event calendar is very easy to use. On the left hand side you’ll see events:
Add New to create a new event:
The categories will allow you so show this event as a different color and to sort them on the main calendar by category. If your id has access to it, you simply create new categories. If your id does not, your administrator will do it for you.
Add the times and dates:
If the event is recurring, you can click on the dropdown and tell it when the even will reoccur. If you want to exclude dates click on the Show Dates button and you can exclude holidays, swim meets, parties, etc.
