Migrating email history to Member Splash Email

Although Member Splash offers unlimited email accounts and forwarders we require you and your team to perform the export/import of your email history.


Exporting your email history from your current Email Service Provider

Each email service provider has their own way of exporting or downloading emails and you might need to reach out to your current email service provider for further assistance. In all cases, they must be downloaded into the .EML file format.


Remember, the exporting of a long history of emails can be very large in file size and can take a while to export.


Importing your email history into your Member Splash Email

Once you have connected to your email through Roundcube, open to your inbox and look for MORE in the top right of the screen. Then choose Import.


You will be prompted to choose all of the .EML files you would like to import. Again, the importing of a long history of emails can be very large in file size and can take a while to import.
