Transferring your domain name to/from Member Splash

Modified on Mon, 27 Mar 2023 at 02:31 PM

Would you like us to manage your domain name? You will still own the domain name but we'll pay for the yearly renewal fee. You'll be responsible for transferring to and from our Member Splash GoDaddy account. Here are the steps.

Transfer your domain name TO Member Splash

Find your current domain hosting company in the list below and follow their directions. If your host is not listed we recommend contacting their support for instructions.

What we need from you to get started on the transfer is called a "Transfer Authorization" code or sometimes called an "EPP" code. Once you have that code, email it to onboarding@membersplash.com, there will also most likely be one or two authorization emails from your domain host to confirm the transfer.

For GoDaddy, please read the Transfer my domain to another GoDaddy account article. Please use our GoDaddy administrative contact email address, support@membersplash.com.

Transfer your domain name away FROM Member Splash

To transfer your domain name away from Member Splash's GoDaddy account please send an email to onboarding@membersplash.com with an administrative contact email address where we will send your "Transfer Authorization" code or sometimes called an "EPP" code.

  • GoDaddy will email you confirmation when your transfer completes, usually not more than 5-7 days.
