The Visits screen now includes a Checkout Time sorting option to help monitor who is still at your facility.
How it works:
Navigate to Front Desk → Visits.
Use the Checkout Time column to sort visits based on when members or guests checked out.
Visitors without a checkout time are considered to still be at the club.
Tip:
You can adjust which columns display by using the Columns icon at the top right of the Visits table.
This feature makes it easier to:
Quickly identify members who haven’t yet checked out.
Review daily traffic patterns and busy periods.
Assist in end-of-day reconciliation.
