Property Manager
Primary Focus: Day-to-day HOA operations, vendor management, compliance.

Get familiar with the architectural review and violation notice workflows, including approval authority and escalation schedules.
Review Payment Processing Settings, (if applicable), and confirm which payment processor your association is currently on (Member Splash is transitioning associations from ECRYPT to Rainforest).
Understand how to run reports for board meeting prep and financial reconciliation.
Confirm vendor contracts and insurance certificates are current (landscaping, pool, security, reserve study).
