Getting Started

Updated this week

Welcome to Member Splash! ๐ŸŽ‰
Weโ€™ve already completed your system setup โ€” now itโ€™s time to get you and your team ready for a smooth season. Whether you're new to Member Splash or a new board member, follow this checklist to make sure everything is in place.

Log in to the System

Head over to your Member Splash website and log in as an administrative user.
Use the admin username and password we sent in your welcome email. If you ever forget your password, just click "Forgot Password" on the login screen to reset it.

Review Your Settings

Take a quick tour of your platform settings to make sure everything looks right:

Create or Manage Admin Users

Go to Admin โ†’ Users to create or manage your admin users. Add any board members, managers, or staff who need admin access, then assign the appropriate Admin Role (Board, Manager, Staff. etc).

Understand Account Types, Products, and Guest Passes

Hereโ€™s how the pieces fit together:

  • Account Types = categories (Family, Single, Senior, etc.)

  • Products = what members purchase (Initiation Fee or Bonds, Memberships, etc.)

  • Guest Passes = can be sold online or at the front desk, in simple quantities or in bulk

Prepare Staff for Member Check-In

Test the check-in process with a few member accounts. Make sure computers and tablets are working and connected to the system.

Review Visits Report

Once the season is underway and you've successfully checked in members and guests, Go to Front Desk โ†’ Visits to view real-time attendance data. Use filters to see daily, weekly, or seasonal member usage trends.
