We’ve moved from Freshdesk to Intercom—a faster, easier, and more intuitive way to get help.
In the past, you had to log in to a separate Freshdesk account to submit a ticket. Now, you can submit a ticket directly from your Member Splash Admin Dashboard using your regular admin login—no extra account needed! 🙌
How to Get Support
Log in to your Member Splash website’s Admin Dashboard.
Look for the blue "Need a Hand?" button in the bottom right corner.
Click it to open the Messenger window.
Select "Contact Support".
Choose your help topic—our AI assistant MSBot may instantly answer your question.
If MSBot can’t help, type “agent” and a ticket will automatically be created and routed to a Support team agent.
You can close the messenger at any time—updates will be sent to both the Messenger app and the email associated with your login.
💡 Tip: You don’t need to wait in the app. We usually reply within 1 business day (often sooner).
❗How to Get Support if Your Site is Down
Follow these steps to reach us even if you can’t access your site or dashboard.
❗ Don’t See the "Need a Hand?" Button?
If the button isn’t showing:
Your User Role doesn’t have the Support option enabled.
Ask your club’s admin or manager to turn it on for you.
