Club staff get help from Member Splash Support by logging in to your site's dashboard and clicking the blue 'Get help Now' button in the top. It looks like this 👉
Enable Member Splash Support
Turning on the Support capability for a role lets every user with that role open a ticket with Member Splash Support.
The Support capability is available on all plans (Basics, Essentials, and Premium).
Administrator and Board users get Support access automatically. Users with the Manager, Treasurer, or Site Admin role also see the Need a Hand button.
Steps to Give Your Admins / Staff Access to Member Splash Support
You must be logged in as a user who can manage users and roles.
Step 1: In the dashboard, go to Admin > User Roles.
Step 2: Pick an existing role from the list on the left, or click Add Role to create a new one (custom roles require the Premium plan).
💡 See: How to Manage Admin Users
Step 3: Click the role you want to edit. The heading on the right changes to show the selected role, for example Manager Capabilities.
Step 4: Scroll down the capabilities list to Support ("Access to the built in support system.").
Step 5: Turn the Support toggle on or off. The change saves right away; there is no Save button.
On means users with this role CAN access Member Splash Support.
Off means users with this role CANNOT access Member Splash Support (unless their role gets it automatically, as listed above).
Note: The administrator-level role always has every capability, so its toggles are locked.
That's it! After refreshing the page, users with the selected role will see the blue 'Need a Hand' button and can Submit a Ticket to Member Splash Support.
