How to Enable Live Member Attendance

Enabling the "Live Member Attendance" feature allows you to enable a live attendance count display for your members. We strongly advise staff to also check out members for the most precise attendance tracking.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Navigate to the FrontDesk:

    • Log in to your Membersplash Dashboard

    • From the main menu, select FrontDesk.

  2. Access the Checkin Section:

    • In the FrontDesk menu, click on Checkin.

  3. Open Settings:

    • In the Checkin section, locate the settings wheel icon (typically found in the upper left corner).

    • Click on the settings wheel.

  4. Enable Live Member Attendance:

    • In the settings menu, look for the checkbox labeled "Enable Live Member Attendance".

    • Check the box to enable the feature.

Confirmation:

  • Once enabled, the system will begin tracking live attendance for your members.

  • If you see the checkbox is already checked, the feature is already enabled.
