How to Enable Live Member Attendance
Enabling the "Live Member Attendance" feature allows you to enable a live attendance count display for your members. We strongly advise staff to also check out members for the most precise attendance tracking.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Navigate to the FrontDesk:
Log in to your Membersplash Dashboard
From the main menu, select FrontDesk.
Access the Checkin Section:
In the FrontDesk menu, click on Checkin.
Open Settings:
Enable Live Member Attendance:
In the settings menu, look for the checkbox labeled "Enable Live Member Attendance".
Check the box to enable the feature.
