Adding ACH and Credit Card Payment Types to a Form (ECRYPT only)

Allow your members two payment options on one form when utilizing ECRYPT.

Once your form has been created with the products you are selling, it's time to add a payment types to allow your members to choose their preferred payment type.

NOTE: ACH payments are only available if your ECRYPT account and Member Splash platform have been enabled for this option. If you're unsure whether your Member Splash platform supports ACH, please contact our Support Team who can assist with confirmation.

Change the Field Label to Payment Type and the choices to ACH and Credit Card

You'll also need to add conditional logic to this field to only show it when the Credit Card payment type has been selected.

You'll also need to add conditional logic to this field to only show it when the ACH payment type has been selected.

Save all settings on your form before the next step!

Create a Payment Feed for Credit Card Payments

Navigate to Settings > ECRYPT Payments. Click on Add New to create a new payment feed. Name the feed however you'd like. Select the following settings:

  • Transaction Type = One Time Payment

  • Payment Method = Credit Card

  • Billing Details = requires an email address on the form

  • Conditional Logic = Click on the box and create the following condition, then click Save Settings:

Create a Payment Feed for ACH Payments

Navigate to Settings > ECRYPT Payments. Click on Add New to create a new payment feed. Name the feed however you would like. Select the following settings, then click Save Settings:

  • Transaction Type = One Time Payment

  • Payment Method = ACH

  • Billing Details = requires an email address on the form

  • Conditional Logic = Click on the box and create the following condition:
