Updating your Member's "Card on File" email in Authorize.net

Members at your club that selected to have a 'card on file' will be asked to provide an email the first time they enter a credit card. This email will be associated with the card that is in Authorize.net.

Once this email is filled in by the member it cannot be edited by them.

A pool admin from your club with access to the Authorize.net will need to edit the email address should the member need to update it for some reason.

To update the members email, log into Authorize.net
Click on "Customer Information Manager" and enter the email that needs to be changed.

Select the Profile ID associated with the email.

When the profile comes up click on "Edit Profile Info"

Update the email as needed.
