How to manage the Member Directory

The member directory is a setting that allows your members to list themselves and see the contact information of other members of your club.

Enable Member Directory

To enable the member directory, head to MemberSplash Settings -> Directory Settings -> Enable Online Member Directory

Member Directory Settings

These settings allow you to choose:

  • What account types are allowed

  • What member types are allowed

  • What fields are displayed

When all fields are selected:

Disabling member fields changes what the member sees

Disable Directory

When disabling the member directory, its no longer visible to your members

Member Search

Members are able to search by last name

Member Opt-Out

Member Only Appear if they 'opt-in' to the Member Directory .

For members to opt-out of being listed in the directory, they are able to select the option under Account Settings.
