Using Account Notes
The Account Notes feature has been expanded to make it easier and more efficient for pool admins to manage member information. Multiple notes can now be stored on a single account, and these notes have their own dedicated space for improved organization and usability.
You can access Account Notes by navigating to Membership > Account Notes in your Member Splash dashboard. This view displays all notes you’ve created for all member accounts.
Note: Account Notes are only visible to admins. They are not visible to check-in staff or to members.
Filtering Account Notes
Use the filtering tools to quickly find the notes you need:
Note Type – Filter by predefined categories of notes (e.g., membership lifecycle stages).
Account # – Search for notes tied to a specific account number.
Name – Search for notes by the member’s name.
Keyword Search – Find notes containing a specific term.
Sorting Results
In the results table, you can sort notes by any column by clicking the column header. Clicking the header again toggles between ascending and descending order.
Bulk Actions
After filtering, you can apply actions to multiple notes at once:
Edit – Update note details in bulk.
Delete – Remove selected notes.
Downloading Notes
Need to work with your notes outside of Member Splash? You can download them in CSV format for further analysis or recordkeeping.
With these enhanced features, Account Notes provide a more flexible and user-friendly way to manage important member details.
