You can restrict a Gravity Form so only logged-in members can use it. Member Splash can also show its login form in place of the restricted form, so members can log in and fill it out without leaving the page.
Open the Form Settings
Go to Content > Gravity Forms, hover over the form, and click Settings (Form Settings).
Require Login
Scroll down to the Restrictions section.
Check Require user to be logged in.
Enter the message non-logged-in visitors should see when they try to open the form.
Show the Member Splash Login
In the same section, check Show Member Splash Login (Show Member Splash login form).
The Member Splash login form then appears below your message.
Save the settings.
Note: This option only works when Require user to be logged in is checked.
