Tracking Account Logins and Completed Tasks for HOA & Property Management Pools

Question: How can I tell which accounts have logged in and completed necessary steps, such as adding members or signing waivers?

Many HOA pools and property management organizations do not collect annual dues through Member Splash. Because of this, account payment status may not reliably indicate which members have logged in or updated their required information. To support these organizations, we’ve created a Logins Report that helps admins track account activity more effectively.


About the Logins Report

The Logins Report allows pool admins to see which accounts have logged into the system and when. This report is particularly useful for organizations that do not process dues through Member Splash but still need to ensure members have completed required tasks.


How to Access and Use the Logins Report

  1. Navigate to the Report
    Go to Membership >> Logins in the admin dashboard.

  2. Search and Filter

    • Filter by preselected date ranges.

    • Filter by account type.

    • Perform detailed searches by name, account number, or legacy number.

  3. Export Data

    • Select all records—or a subset—to export.

    • Use the exported data to track and manage member activity as needed.

  4. Customize Report Columns

    • Add additional columns of data to display the information most relevant to your organization.
