Multi-page navigation breaks a long Gravity Form into several pages, so members aren't faced with one long wall of fields. Members move through the pages with a progress bar or by pages.
Step 1: Activate the Multi Page Navigation Perk
Click Forms, then Perks, and choose Multi Page Navigation.
Click Activate.
Step 2: Add Page Breaks to Your Form
Go to Content > Gravity Forms and open your form from the Forms tab.
Under Standard fields, drag a Page field into the form.
This starts the paging.
Drag another Page field anywhere you want a page break.
Step 3: Choose the Navigation Style
Choose to navigate by progress bar or by pages.
If you choose pages, you can give each page its own title.
Result
Members fill out the form one page at a time instead of facing a wall of fields.
