How to Change the Order of Reservation Facilities

It is possible to change the display order of Reservation Facilities in MemberSplash on the front-end. You can drag and drop to re-arrange

Overview - Change the Order of Facilities

With our new drag-and-drop feature, you can now control the order in which reservation facilities appear on your site. This helps you surface your most important amenities first, whether lap lanes, tennis courts, or any other resource.

Note:

  • This feature currently applies only to Reservation Facilities.

  • You must select a Facility Group first; the drag-and-drop will reorder all facilities visible in that group.


Prerequisites

  • You must have Manage Facilities permission in MemberSplash.

  • At least one facility group (e.g., Lap Lanes, Tennis Courts) must already exist.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your MemberSplash Admin dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Reservations → Facilities.

  3. At the top of the page, choose the Facility Group you’d like to reorder:

    • e.g. Lap Lanes, Tennis Courts, etc.

  4. Click and hold the drag handle (☰) beside a facility name.

  5. Drag the facility up or down to your desired position.

  6. Release to drop it into place—changes save automatically.

Tip:
If you don’t see the drag handle, confirm you’ve selected a facility group first.


What to Expect

  • Immediate preview: The order you set here is exactly how it will display to your members.

  • Global effect: Reordering one group will not affect any other groups.

  • Future enhancements: We plan to extend drag-and-drop to other lists (e.g., waitlist ordering) in upcoming releases.
