You can now delete visits directly from the Visits screen to quickly correct accidental check-ins or errors.
How to delete a visit:
Go to Front Desk → Visits.
Locate the visit you want to delete.
Click the three-dot menu (kebab menu) to the right of the visit.
Select Delete.
A confirmation window will list all visitors included in that visit.
Confirm to complete the deletion.
What happens after deletion?
Any guest credits used during the visit will automatically be restored.
An audit log entry will be recorded on the account for tracking.
Deleted visits cannot be recovered, so always review carefully before confirming deletion.
Who can delete visits?
Board users have access by default.
Admins can assign this permission to additional roles by going to:
Admin → User Roles → Visits: Delete Visits
