How to Delete Visits and Restore Guest Credits

You can now delete visits directly from the Visits screen to quickly correct accidental check-ins or errors.

How to delete a visit:

  1. Go to Front Desk → Visits.

  2. Locate the visit you want to delete.

  3. Click the three-dot menu (kebab menu) to the right of the visit.

  4. Select Delete.

  5. A confirmation window will list all visitors included in that visit.

  6. Confirm to complete the deletion.

What happens after deletion?

  • Any guest credits used during the visit will automatically be restored.

  • An audit log entry will be recorded on the account for tracking.

  • Deleted visits cannot be recovered, so always review carefully before confirming deletion.

Who can delete visits?

  • Board users have access by default.

  • Admins can assign this permission to additional roles by going to:
    Admin → User Roles → Visits: Delete Visits
