Member Splash Community is Moving to Discourse!

We’re excited to announce that the Member Splash Community Group is moving from Facebook to Discourse—a dedicated discussion platform designed to better support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and product feedback.

Why the Move?

While Facebook served us well, Discourse offers a more structured, searchable, and user-friendly space for our community. With Discourse, you’ll get:

  • Easier navigation – organized categories for tips, feature requests, and more.

  • Searchable content – quickly find answers and resources without endless scrolling.

  • Better collaboration – engage in meaningful discussions with other Member Splash users.

  • Transparent feedback – feature requests are now publicly visible, so everyone can see what’s been suggested, add their own requests, and vote on the ideas they’d like most. This helps us better understand what matters most to our users.

How to Access the New Community Group

  1. Log into your Member Splash Dashboard.

  2. Open the Support Tool (the blue support button in the lower right-hand corner).

  3. Select “Join the Community Group.” Follow the link to create your account.

  4. Select "Ask the Community" to log into the group and engage with other MS users.

Once you’re in, you can:

  • Post questions and share solutions.

  • Submit and vote on feature requests.

  • Connect with other swim clubs and HOAs using Member Splash.

We’re excited for this next step in building a more connected and collaborative Member Splash community, and we can’t wait to see you there!
