How to Enable the 'On Account' Payment Method

In order to go "cashless, many pools have chosen to implement billing "on account" at their front desk.

Here are the steps to accomplish that.

FRONT DESK (Guest passes)

Click on checkin

Then click the Setting button to see your payment options

Scroll down to Payment Options

Click on 'Bill to Account' to enable that payment method and choose the default payment method.


If you want to enable On Account at your Snack Bar click on Point of Sale >> New Order

Click the Point of Sale Setting Button.

Click on the options for payment you wish to accept.

If it’s on account, choose Bill to Account.

And choose which method you want to be the default here as well.
