How to Refund a Transaction in Ecrypt Preferred Payments

1. Log in to your Ecrypt Preferred Payments Dashboard

2. Access the 'Credit Cards' Section

  • In the main navigation menu, locate and click on the Credit Cards section to access the relevant transactions.

3. Adjust Date and Time Range

  • Once in the Credit Cards section, find the date and time range filter.

  • Adjust the date and time range to include the period of the transactions you wish to view.

  • Apply the filter to update the list of transactions.

4. Locate the Transactions

  • Scroll through the list of transactions or use the search function to locate the specific transaction(s) you want to refund.

  • Check the box next to the transaction or transactions you wish to refund.

  • Confirm the amounts by typing the refund amount in the box:

5. Initiate the Refund Process

  • After selecting the transaction(s), and entering the refund amount, look for the Process Refunds button

  • Click on Process Refunds to proceed.
