🔁 How to Resend Email Notifications for Form Entries

If someone didn’t receive their confirmation email or your team didn’t get the admin notification, you can resend those emails directly from your WordPress dashboard — either for one entry at a time or in bulk.

This guide shows you how to do both using the built-in options in Gravity Forms.

✉️ Resend Notifications for a Single Entry

  1. Log into your site’s dashboard.

  2. Navigate to FormsEntries.

  3. Click on the form you're working with (e.g., Membership Form, Pool Application, etc.).

  4. Locate the specific entry and click View.

  5. On the right-hand side, click Resend Notifications.

  6. Choose which notifications to resend:

    • Admin Notification (to your team)

    • Member Notification (to the person who submitted the form)

  7. Click Send.

💡 Tip: If you updated the email address or any entry details, make sure to click Update before resending the notification.

📬 Resend Notifications for Multiple Entries

  1. Go to FormsEntries and select your form.

  2. Use the checkboxes to select all the entries you want.

  3. At the top, open the Bulk Actions dropdown and choose Resend Notifications.

  4. Click Apply.

  5. Select which notifications to resend and confirm.

⚠️ Note: Notifications will be sent based on the information saved with each original form submission.

🛠 Common Reasons to Resend Notifications

  • Confirmation email didn’t reach the member

  • Admin never received the submission

  • Email address was corrected after submission

  • A delivery issue occurred at the time of submission
