We’ve added several new enhancements to help streamline visit management and improve daily operations at your club:
✅ Delete Visits
You can now delete visits directly from the Visits screen.
If guest passes were used, guest credits will automatically be restored when a visit is deleted.
An audit log entry is created for all visit deletions, which can be viewed from the account details screen (Audit Log link at top right).
Access to delete visits is restricted to Board users by default but can be assigned to additional roles via:
Admin → User Roles → Visits: Delete Visits
✅ Filter by Checkout Time
Clubs using the check-out feature can now sort visits by the Checkout Time column.
Visitors who have not been checked out will display without a checkout time, making it easy to see who is still at the club.
Use the Columns icon at the top right of the Visits table to control column visibility and order.
✅ Check-in Code Improvements
Check-in errors now display a visible message if the check-in fails.
Guest credits used during check-in are now logged automatically to the audit log.
