Saved Payment Methods

Member Splash now supports securely adding, editing, and managing multiple Member Splash now lets you securely add, edit, and manage multiple saved payment methods using ECRYPT's hosted form. You can also set or update your default card at any time. While saving ACH payment methods isn’t available yet, this feature is in development and will be coming soon.

Accessing Your Saved Payment Methods

  1. Log in to your Member Splash account.

  2. Navigate to Payments > Payment Methods.

Here you’ll see a list of your saved payment options, including:

  • Type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Last 4 digits

  • Nickname

  • Default status


Adding a New Payment Method

  1. Select Add New.

  2. Enter the required information:

    • Card Information:

      • Credit card number (only the last 4 digits will be shown after entry)

      • Expiration date (MM/YY)

      • CVV

      • Zip code

    • Billing Information:

      • First and last name

      • Billing address (street, city, state, zip, country)

      • Card nickname (required)

  3. Review and check the Authorization box:

    By agreeing to store a payment method, I hereby authorize use of this method for the payment of all Services, Goods and Fees. I agree to pay the cost for any returned or challenged payments.

  4. (Optional) Check the box to set this payment method as your default.

    • If selected, this card will be used for all charges until you change it, it expires, or you remove it.

    • If this is your only saved payment method, it will automatically be set as the default.


Editing or Deleting a Payment Method

  • Edit: Select the three dot menu next to the saved payment method to update nickname, billing details, or default status.

  • Delete: Remove a card entirely. If you delete your default card and it was your only saved method, you’ll need to add a new one before making future payments.


Using Saved Payment Methods at Checkout

When making a payment, your account will see all available options, including:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • ACH (if enabled by your club/HOA)

  • Check (if enabled)

  • Any saved payment methods on your account

If you have a default payment method selected, it will automatically be chosen for you at checkout. You can still switch to a different saved method or payment option before submitting the payment.
