The Account Types page lets you create, edit, and manage the account types available on your site (e.g. Family, Individual, Couple).
Accessing Account Types
Click Settings in the top navigation bar.
Select Account Types under the Members section in the left-hand menu.
Viewing Existing Account Types
Lists all account types with an ID number, name, and the number of accounts currently using that type.
Delete is only enabled for account types with 0 accounts assigned. Account types currently in use show a greyed-out Delete button and must be reassigned before they can be removed.
Editing an Account Type
Click the pencil icon or Edit next to an account type to open the Edit Account Type window.
Update the Account Type Name field.
Click Save to apply the change, or Cancel to discard it.
Adding an Account Type
Click + Add Account Type in the top right.
Enter a name in the Account Type Name field.
Click Add to create it, or Cancel to discard it.
Deleting an Account Type
Click Delete next to an account type with 0 accounts assigned.
A Confirm Delete window appears asking "Are you sure you want to delete this account type?"
Click Confirm Delete to permanently delete it, or Cancel to back out.
