Hundreds of Member Splash clients use MailChimp to send out mass emails to their members. Our built-in MailChimp integration keeps key information, such as account type, payment status, etc. synchronized between our platform and theirs and allows you to target messsages to specific subsets of your membership.
If you run into an issue with MailChimp such as members not receiving an email that you intended them to, our team can review your MailChimp settings, but to do so they need Agency Access to your account. That allows them to access the account settings without taking up a user seat or needing your account login information.
