When setting up your fee types and products, it’s important to understand that Fee Types should be sorted first, followed by the Products within each Fee Type. This ensures members see the most relevant fees and items in the order you intend.
Reorder Fee Types
When creating Fee Types, keep in mind that they will appear on the member payment screen. The order in which they display matters—members will see the first Fee Type and its associated products first, so it's important to think strategically about the order.
To get started, go to Products > Fee Types in the admin dashboard.
For example, you may want to display the most important fees at the top. In this case, we’ve ordered them as follows:
Initiation Fee / Bond
Membership Dues
Late Fee
Guest Passes
House Guest Fees
etc
To reorder Fee Types:
Hover your mouse over a fee until the cursor changes to a “small hand.”
Click and drag the Fee Type to your desired position.
Reorder Products
Products are grouped under their respective Fee Types on the front end. Within each section, you can control the order in which products display.
To sort products:
Simply drag and drop them into your preferred order.
After making changes, refresh the screen to confirm the new display order.
The numbers in the "Front End Display Order" column will automatically update to reflect the new order.
You can also use column sorting:
Click the "Product" column header to sort alphabetically.
Click "Front End Display Order" to sort numerically.
Click "Last Modified" to sort by the date a product was last updated.
