Charges on member invoices are grouped by Fee Type, and you control the order those groups appear in.
Common Invoice Order
Most clubs list fees in this order: Late Fees, Initiation Fees, Bond Fees, Membership Fees, then optional fees (such as guest passes).
Below is an example of a standard order in the admin view.
This is the invoice the member pays (member view). The charges appear in this order: Initiation Fees, Bond Fees, Membership Fees, Guest Fees.
Change the Order
Go to Finances > Products > Fee Types.
Drag and drop each Fee Type into the order you want it to appear on the invoice. The new order saves automatically.
Note: A new Fee Type shows at the top of the list until you move it. Drag it to the position you want.
