Many clubs would like to see the charges presented to members in a particular order. Members splash allows you to list out the charges your members see by their 'fee type'.
Most clubs place fees on the invoice in this order:
Late fees
Initiation Fees
Bond Fees
Membership Fees
Optional Fees (such as guest passes)
Below is an example of our standard ordering process (admin view).
This is the layout of the invoice the member will pay (Members View). As you can see the order of charges is as follows.
Initiation Fees
Bond Fees
Membership Fees
Guest Fees
To change the order go to Products>> Fee Type>>
Then simply move the fee type to the order you would like to see it displayed on the invoice.
PLEASE NOTE: When you create and add a new Fee Type to your system, it will automatically display at the top of the list of fee types. If you want to move it to a lower position in your fee type list, simply follow the steps above to move your new fee type to the desired location in your list
