Facility Group limits control how far ahead members can book, how often they can book, and when reservations are available. Because they're set on the Facility Group, they apply to every facility in it.
Example: you have six lap lanes. You create a Lap Lanes group, add each lane as a facility, and set limits once on the group. A member limited to 1 reservation per day can't get around it by booking a different lane.
Find the Group Rules
Go to Reservations → Facility Groups in the admin dashboard.
Click the 3 dots next to the group and select Edit.
Set the Reservation Periods, Reservation Limits, and Default Schedule described below.
Click Save.
Reservation Periods
Controls how far in advance members can book. Periods are rolling: if set to 4 days, a member can always book up to 4 days ahead of today.
Members can only book dates that are also within the Default Schedule.
Reservation Limits
Controls how many reservations can be made per day and/or per week. Limits can apply to each member, each account (typically a family), or both.
Weeks run Sunday to Saturday.
Example: for lap lanes with high demand, limit each member to 1 reservation per day and 3 per week.
TIP: Keep limits simple. Complex combinations can confuse members.
Default Schedule
Sets the dates and times reservations are available for every facility in the group. A facility can have its own schedule, which overrides the group's. For example, Lane 1 might have different hours because of swim lessons.
TIP: Start with a schedule of just a few weeks. See how members use it, then extend it, rather than building the whole season up front.
Extend a Schedule
When a schedule is about to end, you can repeat it for the next period:
Click Clone next to the schedule.
Enter the new start and end dates.
Click Add.
