How to Enable Real-Time Payment Receipt Emails Emails for Admins and Treasurers

Some swim club treasurers prefer to receive an email notification with a receipt each time a payment is processed through Member Splash. This can help with real-time tracking and reconciliation of club finances.

If your treasurer would like to receive these emails, follow the steps below to enable transaction receipt notifications.

​Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Member Splash dashboard.

  2. In the left-hand navigation, go to Member Splash Settings.

  3. Click on Payment Settings.

  4. Select the Receipts tab.

    Email(s) to Send Payment Notifications To

    You can include more than one email address. To do so, please separate multiple email addresses with a comma.

    Payment Types to Send a Notification For

    The options include online and check transactions. You can select one, the other or both.

    Allow Sending PDF for $0 Amount Payment

    If you want to receive an email notification for $0 payments, check this box.

  5. Click Save Changes.

You will now receive an email with a PDF copy of the transaction which includes Account #, Contact Name, Date, Transaction Details and Payment type.
