How to View Your Revenue from Registration Forms in Member Splash
Tracking revenue from your registration forms in Member Splash is simple and gives you a clear view of how much your club is earning from things like swim team signups, lessons, and event registrations. There are two key ways to view this revenue data:
1. Use the Sales Summary with the “Forms” Toggle Enabled
The Sales Summary is a powerful dashboard that shows revenue across all areas of your site. To view revenue specifically from your registration forms:
Navigate to Finances > Sales Summary in the Member Splash dashboard.
At the top of the page, you’ll see filter toggles. Make sure to toggle on “Include Active Forms”.
Set your desired date range to see revenue from a specific period (e.g., this season, last month).
The revenue totals will now include payments collected through your forms, giving you a snapshot of how well specific programs are performing.
💡 Pro Tip: Use this view to quickly compare total revenue from forms year-over-year or during peak registration periods.
2. View Revenue from an Individual Form via the Sales Tab
If you want to drill into revenue from a specific form, such as a swim lesson registration or party rental form, then follow these steps:
Go to Forms in the left navigation menu and select the specific form you want to review.
Once inside the form editor, click on the “Sales” tab (usually found along the top or in the form’s toolbar).
You’ll see a breakdown of all completed transactions tied to that form, including:
Revenue total
Number of submissions
Individual entries
This is especially helpful if you're running multiple forms and want to monitor performance per program or event.
Final Notes
Both methods give you valuable insight into your club’s registration revenue. Use the Sales Summary for big-picture financials and the individual form Sales tab when you want more detail or are answering member-specific questions.
NOTE: A payment feed is required for all forms that are accepting digital payments. Add a Payment Feed to Your Forms To Accept Digital Payments
