The Weather element lets you show current conditions and a 7-day forecast based on your club's saved location. Use it when you want weather information on a page without maintaining a separate third-party weather code block.
Before you start
Confirm that your club's location is saved in Member Splash.
For clubs outside the United States, select the correct Country in the Location settings before saving the address. Canada is supported; when Canada is selected, the address fields use Province and Postal Code.
Open the page in the Avia Layout Builder and decide where the weather information should appear.
Add the Weather element
Sign in to your Member Splash admin area and go to Content > Pages.
Open an existing page or add a new page.
In the Avia Layout Builder, add a Weather element where you want the conditions and forecast to appear. If you are using a colored section, add the element inside that section before saving.
Save the page, then publish or update it so the change is live.
What to expect
The Weather element uses the club's saved location, not the location of the admin viewing the page.
The element shows current conditions and a 7-day forecast.
For Canadian and other non-U.S. locations, Member Splash uses a worldwide weather-source fallback so the widget can show forecast data on the Dashboard and public site.
If the club does not have a saved location, Member Splash prompts an admin to set one from the dashboard or page.
Tips and troubleshooting
When the element is placed inside a Color Section and the page is saved, it should remain inside that section so the section background and spacing are preserved.
If an existing page already has a misplaced Weather element, remove it, add it again inside the intended section, and save the page.
Newly cloned sites may need the base site template updated before the Weather element appears automatically.
