The Location page stores your club's physical and mailing addresses. Your physical address is used to show local weather on your dashboard and in the Weather element on your website, and your mailing address is used for club mailings.
Accessing Location Settings
Click Settings in the top navigation bar.
Select Location under the Site section in the left-hand menu.
Country
Country: select the country your club is in. This controls which addresses the address autocomplete searches, so set it before entering your addresses.
💡 Canadian clubs: select Canada first, then search for your address.
Physical Address
This is where your club is actually located. Member Splash uses it to show local weather on your dashboard and in the Weather element.
Street address: start typing and select your address from the suggestions.
City, State, and ZIP: these fill in automatically when you select an address, and you can edit them if needed.
Coordinates: these appear automatically below the address once it's saved. You don't need to enter them.
Mailing Address
This is where mail for your club should go, such as a PO box or a board member's address.
Same as the physical address: check this box if your club receives mail at its physical location.
Otherwise, enter the Street address, City, State, and ZIP where your club receives mail.
Save Your Changes
Click Save changes at the bottom of the page.
