Re-subscribe a member in Mailchimp

If a member clicked Unsubscribe in one of your club’s emails, Mailchimp won’t let you add them back yourself. Send them your signup form link so they can opt back in.

​Help a member who unsubscribed themselves

  1. In Mailchimp, go to Audience > Signup forms and select Form builder.

  2. Copy the Signup form URL.

  1. Send the link to the member and ask them to sign up again.

  2. Once they confirm, they’ll start getting your club’s emails again.

⚠️ The member must sign up with the same email address that’s on their Member Splash account. If the emails don’t match, Mailchimp can’t link them to their account, and changes in Member Splash won’t carry over.

Re-subscribe someone you unsubscribed by mistake

If you or another admin unsubscribed the member, you can add them back yourself:

  1. In Mailchimp, go to Audience > All contacts.

  2. Check the box next to the member.

  3. Click Actions, then Resubscribe.
