Products are how you bill members — dues, initiation fees, bonds, and almost any other charge. Products can also give global credits or discounts. Member Splash sets up your core products during onboarding, so most of the time you only need to update their prices.
Open the Product
Go to Finances > Products (All Products tab).
Click the product you want to update.
Check the description too, and add any text that helps members understand what they are buying.
Flat Rate Pricing
Scroll down to Flat Rate Pricing and enter the new Price.
Click Update to save.
Per Member Pricing
Scroll past Flat Rate Pricing to the Per Member Pricing box (also called member-based pricing).
Enter the new price for each Member # under Prices.
Click Update to save.
Age & Member Type Pricing
Scroll to the Age & Member Type Based Pricing box.
Enter the new Price for each age range or member type.
To require that every member on the account is paid at checkout, check Require All.
Click Update to save.
