Setting up the Fee Type
Each time you create a product you need to have a fee type associated with it. Certain fee types must be associated with products such as guest fee, house guest fee and membership fee. These are coded in to perform certain functions depending on their fee types.
Other fee types can be created in order to have a broad category to report on.
Add a new fee type:
If you want the fee types to present in a certain order on your member's invoice, you can grab the fee type line and move it up or down. Generally clubs order them with Initiation and Membership at the top and work down toward late fees and other misc fees.
Display on the Members Invoice
This is how the Fee Type Description appears on your members invoice. If you do not want it to present, just delete the description copy and hit update.
