Product limits let you cap how many of each product choice a form can sell. For example, on a Swim Lesson Registration Form you might limit each lesson time to 5 students.
This example uses a Product field combined with Limits.
Add a Product Field
Go to Content > Gravity Forms and open the form you want to edit.
Drag a Product field into the form.
In the Product field settings, name the product, add a description, and choose the field type. Product field types:
Single Product
Drop Down
Radio Buttons
User Defined Price
Hidden
Calculation
For this example, select Drop Down, then click Edit Choices.
Turn On Limits
In Edit Choices, check the box to enable limits and enter the limit for each choice. In this example, each swim lesson session is limited to 5.
When a choice reaches its limit, it becomes unavailable on the form.
Click Save Form in the upper right.
