Batch Reporting

Member Splash supports integrated batch reporting for ECRYPT, giving you a detailed view of your financial transactions in one place. Batch reports allow you to quickly review sales, refunds, and net totals, and drill down into individual transactions on the settlement date.



Accessing Batch Reports

​Go to Finances β†’ Batch Reports to view your batches.

Report Features

  • Default view: Year-to-Date (customizable).

  • Batch summary: Displays Batch #, Batch Date, number of Sales, Refunds, and Voids, as well as Gross, Refund, and Net Amounts.

  • Transaction details: Click the burger menu on the right to see all transactions in the batch.

    • Each transaction shows: Date, Payment Method, last four digits of the payment, Type, Amount, and Customer Name.

Clicking on the burger menu at the right allows you to view the transactions that make up the batch:

When drilling into the transactions in the batch, you will see the Date, Payment Method, last four digits, Type, Amount and Customer Name.

Clicking on an individual table row will load the details of the order or form entry tied to the payment:

Order payment detail view shows the item, quantity, price and total.

Form payment detail view shows the item, quantity, price and total.

Form payment with product options shows the item with the options that were selected, quantity, price and total.

NOTE: You must be utilizing ECRYPT to access this new report. If you're still utilizing Authorize.net, please submit your Payment Upgrade Authorization form to be migrated to ECRYPT by the Member Splash team.

If you are using ECRYPT and are encountering an API Key Error message when accessing this report, please open a ticket with the Support Team to investigate.
