Release 5.4.7091 — Paid Reservations & Admin Notifications (April 20, 2026)
Clubs can now charge for court time, lane rentals, and other reservable facilities directly at the time of booking. Payment is processed via ECRYPT. Cancellations trigger a refund to the original payment method; service fees are non-refundable.
Pricing options include flat rate (fixed charge per reservation), dynamic pricing (per 15-minute block), and member type pricing rules that override the base rate for specific account or member types. Separate member and guest rates are supported across all pricing types. The gateway processing fee can optionally be passed through to the member so the club nets the full reservation amount.
Members book through a step-based dialog with an itemized pricing breakdown at checkout and must agree to terms and conditions before completing a paid reservation. Payments use ECRYPT card tokenization with saved payment methods support. Destructive admin actions — facility deletion, capacity reduction, conflicting schedule changes, and event creation — are blocked when active paid reservations exist. Cancelled reservations are soft-deleted to preserve the audit trail.
Staff email notifications are now configurable at the facility level for reservation created and cancelled events. Quick Import is available to copy both payment and notification settings across multiple facilities. Reservation Fee revenue appears as a separate line in Sales Summary and Reports, broken down by facility.
Release 5.4.7092 — Splash Cards (April 22, 2026)
Members can now create and manage prepaid Splash Cards through their account portal and use them as a payment method at the club's point of sale.
Members can create multiple named cards (e.g., "Kids Card," "Family Card"), assign them to household members, load funds via saved payment method, transfer funds between their own cards, and view full transaction history with running balances. Balances never expire. Cards can be enabled or disabled by the account holder at any time. New cards start inactive and must be enabled before use. Only the billing member can load funds, delete cards, or transfer balances.
Admins can load cash funds onto a member's card from the Accounts screen, select Splash Card as a payment method at the POS, reverse Cash Load and Purchase transactions (each reversible once), and re-enable disabled cards. Splash Card is not available for guest or employee POS orders. Insufficient balance blocks checkout and shows the shortfall amount.
A new Splash Card Balances screen under Finances shows total unspent funds across all cards, active card count, and a per-account breakdown — representing the club's outstanding liability to members. The Sales Summary distinguishes Total Sales (which includes Splash Card redemptions) from Net Cash Collected (actual new cash received during the period) to prevent double-counting.
Release 5.4.7093 — Settings Hub (April 23, 2026)
All Member Splash settings have been consolidated into a new central Settings hub, replacing the previous WordPress-based settings screens.
A persistent Settings icon and link now appears in the top left of the admin navigation menu, providing one-click access from anywhere in the dashboard. The new hub organizes all settings into clearly labeled cards: General Settings, Member Account Settings, Directory Settings, Messages, Custom Account Fields, Account Tags, Account Types, Member Types, Note Types, Front Desk Settings, ID Card Settings, Payment Settings, Check Settings, Fees & Conditions, Receipt Settings, Invoice Settings, Splash Card Settings, and Mobile App Settings.
The old WordPress-based settings screens have been deprecated.
Release 5.4.7130 — Invoice Branding (April 27, 2026)
The invoice has been fully redesigned and a new Invoice Branding settings section is now available, giving clubs full control over how their invoices look.
Admins can upload a club logo (or select from the Media Library) with an adjustable width slider, enter club contact details (name, address, phone, email) that appear on every invoice, and configure a four-color palette (Primary, Accent, Accent Light, Neutral) with a live preview before saving. Settings apply globally — set once and they render everywhere invoices are generated.
The invoice layout itself has been fully redesigned with a cleaner header, a member-facing summary showing invoice number, date, balance due, and payment status, and an order-by-order itemized breakdown with description, quantity, unit price, and line totals.
To access: Settings → Invoice Branding.
