October includes focused reporting, reservation, and staffing improvements for Member Splash administrators. This article will grow as more October releases ship. Here's what has shipped so far.
Release 6.0.116: Reservations Reports Site Counts (October 3, 2026)
The Reservations Reports page in the console now loads correctly instead of returning a No networks returned valid data error.
For a selected date range, the report counts individual reservations for each site.
Cancelled bookings are excluded from the results.
Every active site appears in the results, including sites with zero reservations, so the network total can be reconciled accurately.
No setup changes are required.
Release 6.0.117: Shift Swaps and Trades (October 8, 2026)
Staff can offer an assigned shift to all coworkers or to one specific coworker from Staffing > My Schedule.
Staff can propose a trade for one of another coworker's shifts from their schedule.
Clubs can require manager approval before a swap takes effect, and the people involved receive email notifications.
Overlapping shifts are blocked automatically.
Open swap requests close when the related shift is edited.
Setup: Enable Shift Swaps for the club under Staffing Settings > Shift Swaps.
Internal review note: Confirm the final customer-facing labels, approval wording, email recipients, and current screenshots before publishing.
Release 6.0.118: Export Time Logs for All Employees (October 9, 2026)
Administrators can export time logs for all employees in one file without selecting an employee first.
The combined export is sorted by employee, then date.
Custom start and end dates now display accurately in the Period field.
No setup changes are required.
Release 6.0.119: Voided POS Orders Removed from Invoices (October 9, 2026)
Voided point-of-sale orders are excluded from new invoices.
If an order is voided after it was invoiced, the invoice is corrected automatically and the reduced total is reflected in the invoice line items, emailed statement, invoice list, and payment screen.
Invoice line items and totals stay consistent, including when historical data has already been repaired.
No setup changes are required.
Internal review note: Confirm the final release-note wording and current export/invoice visuals before publishing this monthly article.
