August continues our post-V2 polish work with focused fixes to make the admin experience smoother on desktop and mobile. This draft will grow as more August releases ship. Here's what has shipped so far.
Release 6.0.50 — Account Editing, Notes Media & Navigation Fixes (August 13, 2026)
Restored scrolling in the Change Log tab when viewing or editing an account, so admins can review full account history on mobile and desktop.
Restored sideways scrolling in the Notes media thumbnail strip, making it easier to review attached images and media inside account notes.
Updated dashboard dropdown behavior so the menu closes automatically after you select an item.
Note: A separate horizontal scrolling issue in the Orders tab is still being worked on and is not included in this release.
These are usability fixes only. No setup changes are required.
Release 6.0.51 — Temporary Contact Form Spam Blocking (August 16, 2026)
Added a temporary server-side block for form submissions containing a known telegra.ph spam signature before those entries are saved or processed.
This helps reduce junk entries on public-facing Gravity Forms, including contact-style forms, and helps protect the shared reCAPTCHA quota during an active bot campaign.
Blocked attempts are logged internally for review, and the block list can be expanded if new spam patterns appear.
Reminder: Keep a CAPTCHA field on public or payment-related forms as your primary spam protection.
This is a protective update only. No setup changes are required for existing forms, and normal form workflows stay the same for legitimate users.
Release 6.0.52 — Clearer Member Deletion Audit History (August 17, 2026)
Deleting a member from an account now creates an explicit audit entry instead of only reflecting the members who remain on the account.
That entry includes the removed member's name, the admin who performed the deletion, and the time the deletion happened.
This makes it easier to investigate accidental removals or confirm when a member was intentionally deleted.
This is a reporting improvement only. No setup changes are required.
Release 6.0.56 — Invoice Branding Logo Picker Fix (August 18, 2026)
Fixed a problem where choosing a logo in Settings → Invoice Branding could close the settings screen before the selection was saved.
Admins can now choose or upload a logo, click Use This Logo, and continue saving the rest of their invoice branding settings without being sent back to the dashboard.
The selected logo stays staged with the rest of the Invoice Branding changes so it can be saved normally.
This is a usability fix only. No setup changes are required.
Release 6.0.57 — Gravity Forms Entries Column Selection Fix (August 19, 2026)
Fixed a problem in the MS V2 embedded admin shell where clicking Save in the Forms → Entries → Select Columns popup did not apply the selected columns.
Admins can now save their column selection, close the popup normally, and see the entries list reload with the updated columns.
This keeps the embedded MS V2 flow in sync with the standard wp-admin workflow when you're managing the fields shown in an entries list.
This is a usability fix only. No setup changes are required.
Release 6.0.58 — Custom Role Assignment Fix (August 19, 2026)
Fixed a problem where assigning a custom admin role with a space in its name could appear to save successfully, then revert after the page refreshed.
Admins can now assign custom roles such as Board Member and have the role stay saved as expected.
This update affects role assignment only. It does not change how custom roles are created or what permissions they include.
This is a usability fix only. No setup changes are required.
Release 6.0.59 — Invoice Filter & PDF Description Fixes (August 20, 2026)
Fixed a problem where cancelling a custom invoice date-range selection could cause the next filter attempt to reuse the wrong start date.
Admins can now cancel out of the picker and start a new date-range selection cleanly the next time they open it.
Downloaded invoice PDFs now include the description configured for each fee or product, giving members and admins more complete line-item detail.
This is a usability and reporting fix only. No setup changes are required, but clubs that already use fee or product descriptions will now see them reflected in invoice PDFs.
Release 6.0.60 — Mailchimp Account Type Name Merge Tag (August 20, 2026)
Added a new ACCT_NAME merge tag for Mailchimp, so emails can show a readable account type name such as Family instead of only a numeric ID.
The existing ACCT_TYPE merge tag still sends the numeric account type ID, which remains useful for audience segmentation and other Mailchimp list logic.
If an account type name is changed in MemberSplash later, future Mailchimp syncs will reflect the updated name.
To use this in your emails, enable the desired merge tag in Communications → Mailchimp → Sync Settings and sync your audience again.
