MemberSplash V2 Launches (July 2, 2026)
V2 officially went live, a few days later than originally planned so we could make sure everything was ready. It shipped with a refreshed admin dashboard, Poseidon AI, customizable dashboard widgets, comprehensive audit logging, and content library updates. See MemberSplash launches V2 for the full details.
Release 6.0.0 — Mobile Responsive Dashboard, Widget Customization & Poseidon AI Upgrade (July 10, 2026)
The admin dashboard is now fully mobile responsive, so you can check reports and manage your club from a phone or tablet
Dashboard widgets are now fully customizable. Board level and super admin users can rearrange, add, or remove widgets, and set up different layouts per user role
Poseidon AI now answers questions using MemberSplash's real Help Center articles and documentation, with grounded, cited answers
Added a Role Switcher so board level and super admin users can preview what other roles see without a full impersonation login
Expanded the Edit Account modal to a wider, easier to use layout
Added a Location tab in Settings for your club's physical and mailing address, which the Weather widget now uses instead of a browser prompt
Release 6.0.3 — Sales Details & Sales Summary Updates (July 9-13, 2026)
Rebuilt Sales Details and Sales Summary with a faster interface, including column selection, CSV export, and improved filters
Splash Card liability alerts now surface directly in the Sales Summary page header

Added a Time Period filter (Hour, Day, Week, Month) to the Visits report

Point of Sale terminal transactions now include order details when sent to our payment processor, making it easier to reconcile transactions
Members who were silently missing campaign emails due to bounces, spam reports, or blocks now show as "Suppressed" in Contacts with a reason, backed by a new daily sync
Fixed Splash Card reload transactions showing "Billing Address" instead of the actual cardholder name
