Member Splash processes all online and in-person payments through ECRYPT, the payment gateway from our partner Preferred Payments. Clubs moved from Authorize.net to ECRYPT in 2025, and Authorize.net is no longer supported.
Processing Fees
Credit card: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
ACH (bank transfer): 0.50% per transaction

What You Can Do With ECRYPT
Accept ACH payments. This needs a separate application. See ACH Payment Processing.
Take card payments in person with an integrated card reader. See Credit Card Reader Setup And Use.
Issue refunds from the ECRYPT dashboard. See Refund a Credit Card Transaction or Refund an ACH Transaction.
Match deposits to transactions with batch deposit reports in the ECRYPT dashboard.
