Click Settings in the top navigation bar.

Select Fees & Conditions under the Payments section in the left-hand menu.

Online Service Fee: check this box to enable an online service fee on payments.

Fixed Service Fee: enter the percentage to be added to the total order price as an online service fee. Use whole or decimal numbers, not symbols (e.g. 4, 3.5).

Automatic Service Fee: check this box instead of entering a percentage above to automatically calculate a fee that offsets your processing costs.

Terms & Conditions: check this box if you want to require members to agree to terms and conditions when they make a dues payment, then select the page to display or enter a URL to an external page.

Terms & Conditions Page: select an internal page to display, if applicable.

Terms & Conditions URL: enter the URL to an external page that has your terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions Message: the text shown to members before they complete checkout (e.g. "By completing this payment you agree to the terms and conditions of this club.").
