Human Support Team:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET

  • Closed on U.S. federal holidays (with exceptions on Memorial Day and Labor Day)

Response Times:

  • MS Bot: Immediate

  • Non-Peak: Within a few hours

  • Peak Periods: 4-6 hours, up to 24 hours

  • Critical Issues: Resolved within 3 business days per our SLA

What's Outside Our Scope

Support does not include:

  • Make configuration changes on your behalf - We provide guidance and resources to help you configure forms, fees, and settings, but you're responsible for implementing changes to your account

  • Custom development, coding, or advanced customizations

  • Third-party apps, themes, or integrations

  • Staff training or ongoing tutorials

  • Managing your day-to-day operations

  • Feature request status updates

  • Legal, financial, or compliance advice

In rare cases, support may offer limited assistance beyond our standard scope as a one-time courtesy. These are discretionary, not guaranteed, and never include items explicitly listed as out-of-scope.
