What is Invoice Branding?
Invoice Branding is a settings section that lets you customize how your club's invoices look. Upload your logo, add your contact information, and choose a color palette — all with a live preview so you can see exactly how it will look before saving. Set it once and it applies everywhere invoices are generated.
How to Set It Up
Go to Settings → Invoice Branding in your admin dashboard.
Step 1: Upload Your Logo
Upload your club logo or select one from your Media Library. Use the width slider to adjust how it appears on the invoice. Changes preview in real time on the right side of the screen.
Step 2: Add Your Club Details
Fill in your club name, address, phone number, and email. These appear in the "From" section of every invoice sent to members. Enter them exactly as you want them to appear.
Step 3: Set Your Color Palette
Choose four colors to match your club's branding:
Primary — the dominant color used for headings and key elements
Accent — used for highlights and interactive elements
Accent Light — a lighter variation of your accent color
Neutral — used for backgrounds and secondary elements
The live preview on the right updates as you make selections. When you're satisfied, click Save.
What Changed on the Invoice Itself?
The invoice layout has been fully redesigned. It now includes:
A clean header with your club logo and contact info in the "From" section
A member-facing summary showing invoice number, invoice date, total orders, total amount, balance due, and payment status
An order-by-order itemized breakdown showing order number, date, placed by, description, quantity, unit price, and line total
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find Invoice Branding?
Settings → Invoice Branding. Super admin access is required.
Does this affect invoices that have already been sent?
No. Changes apply going forward. Previously generated invoices are not retroactively updated.
Can I preview before saving?
Yes. The live preview on the right side of the Invoice Branding screen updates in real time as you make changes. You can also click Preview Invoice at any time to see a full-size preview.
Does this apply to both Invoice and Order views?
Yes. The Invoice Branding settings apply to both the Invoice and Order tabs shown in the preview.
