Members can now view your club's upcoming events directly in the Member Splash mobile app. The Events section gives members a quick, clean way to stay informed about what's happening at the club.
Accessing Events
Members can access Events from the bottom navigation bar by tapping Reserve, or directly from the Home screen if your club has configured an Events shortcut.
List View and Calendar View
Events can be browsed two ways:
List view displays upcoming events in chronological order, showing the event name, date, time, and category tag.
Calendar view displays a monthly calendar with events listed below when a date is selected.
Toggle between the two views using the List and Calendar buttons at the top of the screen.
Filtering by Category
Use the All categories dropdown at the top right to filter events by category. Only the categories assigned to your published events will appear in the list.
Event Detail Pages
Tapping any event opens the full detail page, which includes the event name, category, date and time, featured image, and full description. Rich text formatting and Advanced Layout Builder content render correctly in the app.
Current Limitations
Please note the following limitations in this release:
Events with embedded Gravity Forms are not yet supported in the app. If your event requires members to register or purchase tickets via a form, direct them to the full website to complete that action.
Recurring events are not yet supported in the app.
Managing Events
Events are created and managed from your WordPress admin dashboard as usual. No additional configuration is required to make them appear in the app.
